If a problem should occur the WiseTrack® Team or the WiseTrack® Partners provide the Tier1 Support to troubleshoot any issues. Knowing we actually use the equipment in our own office and have Test Labs can bring comfort in knowing we can solve questions quickly.
Following our Tier1 Support, we work with Motorola or the Manufacturer to manage the Return and Repair, based on the service policies in place.
